Na'el Musharbash - Chairman, Gift of Life International-Jordan 

Na’el Farah Musharbash is a Civil Engineer, with a bachelor’s degree from Yarmouk University –Jordan, and an expert in construction management and development for over 35 years. He started established his own business in Construction and Building Materials. In 2000, he expanded his work to be a Real Estate Developer for residential and commercial projects in different countries in Jordan and more countries. In 2010, during his residency in Canada, he joined the Property Standards Committee in the Town of Oakville - Canada for 12 years and become the chairman for his last four years.


Community service had a great place in his life by giving back to our society in different aspects. In 2016, he was elected to be the President of Gift of Life Amman (GOLA) until 2020, where he helped in changing the lives of over 300 children who suffer from congenital heart defects in Jordan and the region. In 2020, he was honoured by Gift of Life International to become the Ambassador of Gift of Life International in Jordan. Now, he is the Chairman
of Gift of Life International - Jordan (GOLI-JO); an active chapter which works with the mother organization in the US (GOLI) to extend the provision of medical care in Jordan and heal a larger number of little hearts.

Rob Raylman
CEO, Gift of Life International

Rob has held the position of Chief Executive Officer for Gift of Life International since February 2008. He graduated from Hobart College in 1984 with a BS in Political Science. Directly out of college Rob went to work for United States Senator Alphonse D’Amato (R-New York) from 1984 to 1986. He worked for Browning Ferris Industries (BFI) from January 1987 until 1999, where he held the position of Vice President. From 1999 to 2007 Rob managed his own political consulting business. As Chief Executive Officer of Gift of Life International, he has focused on the creation of sustainable pediatric cardiac surgery programs in developing countries. Presently he is working to develop programs in Bolivia, Panama, The Philippines, Romania, Jamaica and The Dominican Republic. Rob resides in Germantown, New York.

Ruba Karadsheh
Director, Gift of Life International-NY, Vice Chairman, Gift of Life International- Jordan

Ruba Karadsheh is an Interior designer who spent her professional career in residential and commercial projects in the private sector, after graduating from Nicosia, Cyprus.


Volunteering played a major role in Ruba’s life in various fields, and Gift of Life had the greatest place, where it all started through the collaborative efforts of mothers in her children’s school to fundraise money and sponsor 2 children for heart surgery with Gift of Life. The heart-warming results opened the her eyes to charity work. During the 7-working years with Gift of Life, she saw the need to expand the project due to Jordan’s refugee crisis.


Ruba is at the Board of Directors in Gift of Life International in the States and now is serving in Gift of Life - Jordan to help more children in need in her country and the region.

Muhannad Mudallal 
Director, Gift of Life International – Jordan

Muhannad, is a certified Board of Directors affiliate, strategic planning & risk management professional, with over 35 years of business experience and an extensive background in
establishing & leading regional commodities trade & new ventures development. He has managed a broad array of top management positions across various sectors. During his professional career he had been the chief character in his company in interacting and
communicating with global NGO’s such as (World Food Programme “Largest food supply humanitarian organization”, UNRWA, European Commission, Italian Food Aid “AGEA/AIMA”
and others). He is the Founder of Blackstone IMGF, served on the board of Kasih Food Production Company and currently serving on the board of directors of two other international corporations. He participated in programs with institutions like The Landmark Education and was an interactive board member with “Operation Smile – Jordan” (A medical charity that provides surgeries for facially deformed children and young adults).


Muhannad graduated from Lawrence Technological University – Michigan, with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management.
